What does this mean?
At Matthews Glen, the Type A Acts Life Care contract includes healthcare services such as assisted living and skilled nursing care. This means should you ever need such a higher level of care, services will be provided on the same campus as your residence, for no increase to your monthly fee due to any increased level of need. Residents can rest assured that, unlike many other retirement communities, their monthly fees will not rise solely due to changes in their healthcare needs. Residents also have access to additional health facilities and services, ensuring an extensive range of healthcare services on one campus.
