Acts Home Services agencies enhance residents’ lifestyle and maximize independence in their current level of living through our three service lines:

• Lifestyle Services: Pet or plant care, linen change, laundry/ironing, companionship, shopping, closet cleanout/organization, seasonal/holiday decorating, and more.
• Personal Care Services: (Hands-on care) assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mealtime assistance, transportation, and ambulation/mobility assistance
• Specialty Services: Our nursing team will collaborate with you, your medical and community teams to effectively provide complex services such as Care Management and Medication Management. Home Services Aides can provide medication reminders up to three times/day to ensure safety and compliance.
