Acts is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Chamberlain, Esq., to its Board of Directors. With decades of experience in elder law and a deep commitment to improving the lives of older adults, Chamberlain will play a vital role in advancing the mission and ministry of Acts, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior living organizations.
Ms. Chamberlain is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law Attorney who has practiced in the Clearwater area since 1991. She is widely recognized for her expertise in elder law, including Medicaid planning, long-term care, and disability issues. Additionally, Chamberlain is the founder of Aging Wisely, LLC, a professional care management company, and EasyLiving, Inc., a non-medical private duty home care company. She currently serves as a board member of Mease Life, an Acts affiliate community in Dunedin, Florida.
Ms. Chamberlain’s dedication to elder care stems from her personal experience caring for her grandmother, a journey that inspired her lifelong passion for improving the aging process. She has held leadership roles with the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, Clearwater Bar Association, and various nonprofit boards, including the Clearwater Free Clinic and Gulfcoast Legal Services.
