FORT WASHINGTON, PA, November 1, 2024 - Acts Retirement-Life Communities, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior living organizations, and The Terraces at Bonita Springs, a renowned senior living community in Bonita Springs, Florida, have finalized their affiliation. This completed affiliation brings The Terraces at Bonita Springs officially into the Acts family of communities.

Established in 2013, The Terraces at Bonita Springs is home to approximately 245 residents and offers a comprehensive continuum, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing services.

The affiliation adds a sixth Florida community to Acts’ growing portfolio, which already includes Mease Life in Dunedin, Azalea Trace in Pensacola, Indian River Estates in Vero Beach, and Edgewater at Boca Pointe and St. Andrews Estates in Boca Raton. With this addition, Acts now operates 28 senior living communities across nine states, further solidifying its position among the largest not-for-profit senior living organizations in the United States.

“We are delighted to officially welcome The Terraces at Bonita Springs into the Acts family,” said Gerald T. Grant, CEO of Acts. “This affiliation enhances our ability to serve more older adults across Florida, offering them the exceptional hospitality, services, and care that are the hallmarks of Acts. We look forward to supporting The Terraces’ residents and team members in this next chapter.”
