Lanier Village Estates made local news this past week, with an article in the Gainesville Times this Sunday, shortly after breaking ground on a campus expansion of 31 cottage-style homes set to be built across 24 acres of the campus.
The story both highlighted the demand for independent cottage-style retirement living within the Lanier Village Estates community, as well as enhancements that the expansion will have on a greater local scale.
David McCreight and Peter Delgado, Mid-South Regional Directors of Sales and Construction, respectively, were both quoted in the article.
