Lanier Village Estates retirement community wants to expand, add ways to care for residents

Lanier Village Estates, a retirement community in North Hall, wants to expand to create space for more residents. Acts Retirement-Life Communities, which operates Lanier Village Estates, is working with Atlanta-based THW Design for the project. The expansion would require the addition and rezoning to planned commercial development of about 15 acres.
