Magnolia Trace resident Frances Robb was recently featured over the weekend with a nice story on local Huntsville TV news, showing up this Sunday with a two-minute segment on Fox-affiliate WZDX, Channel 54.
A resident-historian with 25 years of research on Alabama state photographers and photos, Frances Robb has become a local expert on a 100-year chunk of photographic history (dating from the 1830s to the 1940s), writing a book on the topic, and giving regularly presentations locally.
The station promoted her upcoming talk at the Huntsville Botanical Garden this Thursday at 6pm, and the interview was posted to the station’s website, Rocket City Now, with a written story.
